Not sure yet why the W2 would not send to IRS. the button was not lit up after I completed all of my information into the W2 forms. I doubt that I will be able to afford your product due to it billing annually. Also, the price is too high for my budget. -EPOC Bookings

What do you like best?
This has saved me some much time on filling out all my documents & storing them as well !!! I just love how you can erase information & add other items to it as well!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it does have a hard time reading some of the documents & uploading them correctly . I then have to restart the program a couple of times before it actually is able to load the document .
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With this software i am able to edit all my PDF'S add & delete any information that needs to be revised & have an amazing clean, clear & legible PDF's for my clients to view!!!

Excellent website with great features I receive documents from my client's customers that need to be filled out and signed by my client. These are handled by PDFFILLER quickly and efficiently. It's very easy to fill in PDF files and it's just as simple to add and insert signatures. Sometimes movements within the website are a bit lengthy. After downloading a completed document, returning to the exact page would be nice.

I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. organization I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.
