It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

Cut the paper trail and faxing Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button. This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete. You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

It was actually nice, easy and convenient to use. It is just that I find it expensive so I revert back to my old ways means manually filing or writing in forms. :)

What do you like best? The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only. What do you dislike? Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have access to Law documents vs. having to google something for a layout where I can save it & populate the information I need from my data.

To Create List Contract in Box and import documents to your account, click Add New on the DOCS page. Choose Box. You can upload a PDF, DOC, PPT, TEXT, or JPEG file.

Login to your Gmail account. Navigate your way to the Docs icon and click it. Select if you would like to start from a blank document or if you want to use a contract template.
Create a document in Google Docs that you'd like to use as a template, or modify one found here. Open Google Docs Templates and click Submit a template. Click “Choose from your Google Docs.” Select the template you've made. Click Select. Enter a description of the template.
Log in to your Gmail or Google account and click the “Drive” link at the top of the page. Click the red “Create” button in the left column and then select “Form.” A form template opens in a new tab. Type a name for the form in the “Title” field. Select one of the templates and click “Ok.”
Save That Document as a Template Just open docs.google.com, click the Template Gallery button in the top right, and select your company's name. Then, click the Submit Template button. Select the document you just made, add a title and category for it, then click Submit.
Google Docs does not directly create a PDF, but it can create forms that you can use to gather information and data. However, if a PDF file is preferred, you need an external tool or application that can help you create your file with fillable elements. Try Deft PDF online.
