So far so good
I think the app is very good, well worth the price. Some features would be really good to have on the offline app. Only had it one day but other than that the editing tools are perfect for my business needs.

The price is more than I would like to pay, so I probably will use temporarily but I'm sure I will return.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

Do fax machines keep records?
Today, fax machines are part of a line of equipment that serve multiple functions: they scan, copy, and are able to transmit faxes digitally, meaning that data is often stored on the device itself. Modern fax machines have hard drives that retain a copy of every fax received, scanned, or printed.
Do fax machines have internal memory?
Modern fax machines have RAM memory just like a computer. As a fax is received, it is temporarily stored in memory, allowing the fax to print the document. Memory on a fax machine makes it easier to print whole pages.
Can faxes be traced?
Faxes can be sent from and to any telephone number. They do not require a special line. The origin of any fax can be traced simply by tracing the phone number from which it was sent. You trace a fax number the same way you trace any other phone number.
How do I reprint faxes from memory?
Press (Settings). (This step might be skipped in some models.) Press All Settings. Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Fax. Press Fax. Press the Up or Down arrow key to Print Fax or Print Document. Press Print Fax or Print Document. Press Yes or OK. Press (Home).
