Pretty easy to use...so far.
The only thing that concerns me was I didn't realize I had to pay for this until I had finished filling out a complex form. How did i miss that information at the beginning?

It was quick and convenient. The only problem I had is that the updated form was not the correct one sent to the email. It continued to send and older version.

Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.
I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

What do you like best?
We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

Do contractors get paid overtime?
Contract employees receive overtime because they are on the payroll of the W-2 employer of record. But, independent contractors are not included on the business's payroll. Do 1099 get paid overtime?
As the name implies, independent contractors (also known as 1099 workers, for the tax form they get instead of a W-2) must be legally separated from the company for which they perform work. This means no company-paid benefits, no tax withholding, no company payment of Social Security taxes and no right to overtime.
