Great tool in a pinch!
The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times.
This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

Really convenient with good functionality
Its versatility mainly. There are a good range of functions that make the use of the product very easy.
It would be useful to have a larger range of fonts as sometimes the lack of variety is restrictive and therefore some documents cannot be created.

I didn't realize how much use I would…
I didn't realize how much use I would make of this program, or the range of functions that it offers. I just got the free-version at first because I needed a digital signature. But now, as an academic, I find I use it all the time to share and to sign documents: now that everything is online and we have limited contact, this has become more important. I can't say that I've mastered or even noticed all the file features this program offers, but almost every time I use it I discover something new. Well worth the money!

However, a business generally does not have to honor such a request as the recording is considered the business' property. This is generally the case when calls are not considered public record.
Can I request a call recording from a company UK?
The short answer is yes, it is legal to record phone calls provided that you do not breach the Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice)(Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000, as well as a number of other regulations.

From a legal standpoint, the most important question when recording calls is consent. As a general rule of thumb, it's polite to make sure that all parties involved in a conversation are aware that it's being recorded. However, in some states, only one person is required to know by law.
