Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. It was a little frustrating for me figuring out how to use the program. This should improve with use and guidance. It would have been helpful if I had first down loaded the "How To Guide". Thanks for a great program.

Easy to Use
It's kind of a time saver in the end with not have to use the typewriter or hand write them, would be easier though if you didn't have type each form, if they are the same it should copy the data onto each one.
I liked that I didn't have to pull out (yes it's a dinosaur) typewriter to fill out my 1099's every year any more once I found this program online. I can also use it for other forms as well.
I don't like that you have to retype each 1099 for each copy of the form, it should carry them forward to each copy and you just review them for differences.

They don't have all language support. They should add more language support.

Took some getting used to the different text box features, but overall good. Worth the annual cost to be able to edit and print PDFs

I am glad to have found this site/app because it has made doing school at home possible. Its so easy to use i just wish i the price was a little lower as for an unemployed it is a little steep.

I liked being able to create customizable fillable forms for our company. Overall, it is easy to use and responsive. PDF filler is great for a digital signature and saves your previous signature for efficiency.
the customizable form feature sometimes lagged and caused minor issues.

I have found the site easy to use and have not any problems with it. If I hit a snag with the functions I contact the team and they always sort it out for me. It certainly has made my work more efficient now that I am working from home.
