Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Easy PDF completion app
Overall from what I've used, this has been a really great way to complete and sign documents.
I liked that you can basically fill out forms but digitally. Everything is digital these days and instead of having to download and do a bunch of cumbersome steps to complete a document, you can do it straight from the app. It's much easier and cleaner.
I wish you could edit things and make changes. If you need something changed you'd have to contact the other party and have it changed then resent. But even so it's not that big a deal and it's still a great software.

I can upload and modify a document instead of starting it all over. I can fax my papers, and I will receive confirmation.

Great customer support! I was unable to use the service for all the forms I needed, so cancelled within the free trial period. I deleted account, but was still charged. I sent a message to support team and within a few minutes, ***** refunded and made sure account was cancelled! Very impressed!
