I don't need legal documents very often & purchased to help a friend get through a difficult time. much better than hand writing all of the documents out. makes it look professional and I will probably use in the future as well, if needed.

I like using the program the only downfall for me is unless I pay more for the subscription I'm not allowed to use the premier options. That is my opinion It's already expensive for me since I really only use it for tax returns.

PDF Filler
This is a very useful program to me in my work. I can easily send documents to be filled in by customers, easy to use and easy to navigate.
I do not have any cons with this program, if you are not utilizing this you should be. It is highly useful and functional

I signed up for the $1 trial but did not want the 1 year subscription -- refunded in two days!
I signed up for the $1 trial but did not use it for whatever reason. I have adobe DCF but used PDF filler one time to check it out or whatever. In any case, one month later I get hit with the $102.10 one year subscription charge I didn't see coming. I call expecting to be on hold for two hours.. but .. no... about a few minutes on hold and they refunded the whole thing.. refund hit in two days. So, I believe they should be applauded for that. I'm sure some people love it and go for the subscription. But it's really nice to know they're actually honest and refund the money if you ask.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

Need clients to complete a form and/or sign a document; pdfFiller is the perfect tool.
I needed a way for clients to access a fillable PDF via link multiple times throughout a process and give access to this same form to other team members to sign off on different stages of the process.
pdfFiller made this very easy to do I was able to teach this to my team in 10 minutes so we were able to integrate this into our workflow.
Easy to use, even if you have no experience creating fillable forms or verified digital signatures.
It only manages very basic workflows, however, their sister app AirSlate does full workflow management, so if you need something a bit more robust, that's a great option!

How do I make a GoodNotes PDF searchable?
Tap the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the Library view > Settings > Search Indexing and make sure the option there is enabled. Try searching for some text again. Tap the Search icon near the top-left corner of the document view.
Is GoodNotes good for PDF editing?
PDF Editing. With GoodNotes, you're limited to just annotating your PDF. For editing, that is, changing the contents of your PDF, you'll need PDFelement. You can add or remove information, change the font (its size and colour), or format it.
Why can't I do a search on a PDF?
Problem: Your PDFs Aren't Searchable. It may be that you can't search your PDFs because they don't have any text in them. For example, if your PDF is a scanned document, it's just a picture of a document. It doesn't have any actual text for Windows to index.

How do I export all GoodNotes to PDF?
Option 1: From the library view, tap the document title and choose Export All. Alternatively, tap the checkmark icon in the upper right, tap the document, then tap Export at the top. Option 2: From the document view, tap the Share icon in the nav bar and choose Export All.
Can GoodNotes combine PDF?
On the homepage, you can combine two documents by moving one document into another. Tap the down-facing arrow > Move > choose the document you want to combine with. The app combines them instantly.
Why is my GoodNotes PDF not searchable?
*only PDFs that include an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) layer are searchable. Not all PDFs support that and GoodNotes doesn't perform OCR on imported PDFs subsequently. Usually, PDFs that are created digitally, for example in Word or PowerPoint, include an OCR layer.
Can you turn GoodNotes into a PDF?
Once the export is finished, Document was exported as PDF message confirms that your file has been converted and is ready for use. Typically, the exported PDF file is automatically saved in your designated Downloads folder. To print your notebook, simply locate the exported PDF file on your device.
