Sign it! In general is a very good option to fill and sign documents. I did not buy the paid version because I was in need at the moment and it worked perfect for me. I like the easy to follow process of this software. You dont need to know how to use it. As soon as you start filling any document everything march along the way I did not see any cons because I was able to resolve my needs with the free trial. I would hesitate to pay for this software if I need again.

An Ultimate Timesaving Software I have never been bored using this software except for motivating me to give my maximum to the company. Once I am done with my PDF file, I just need to click one icon to send it to the respective recipient or recipients. Comprehensive icons on the right and left sidebars(panes) give a visually soothing experience and increase the efficiency of the work. Last but not least the privacy of the documents is guaranteed as the files can be password protected through this app. Indeed, the above-aforementioned aspects are only a few but there are plentiful advantageous features are available in this software, hence I highly recommend this software to use in your company or even personally. One of the most important features I personally like is the ''AUDIT TRAIL". This great aspect helps me to identify each and every change made to the initial report and it gives a comprehensive picture of the amendments executed to the initial report, hence the authenticity of the reports is enhanced. Another great benefit to almost all the users is the ''E-signature". Having this electronically done made signature simply replaced conventional writing email address as the E-sign. Once the signatures are uploaded to this application, you can easily click and select the saved original sign in electronic format. Sign-in through the mobile application is somewhat not effective. Our staff has experienced Android devices sending an error message and need to try a few times to access through a mobile device; thus the quality of this software is never sabotaged because the value we are generating from this application is abundant compared to this minor issue. We never experienced any difficulty in using this software on our computers.

What is a Pre-filled Form?

The field is a highlighted cell, that is used for the filers of your form to add information. If the document has more than one signer, each field will be distinguished by a different color for every signer.

Pre-filled answers do not necessarily need to be the answers the respondent ends up submitting. For example, you might want to save the respondent some time when moving through a multi-form flow, where you would pre-fill some similar or duplicated fields on the next form by using answers from the first form.
Prefill is a powerful tool that provides you with a seamless experience and a secure way of prepopulating your form with data. It allows you to fetch existing data from your forms, tables or third-party providers. You can access Prefill in the Form Builder by going to the Publish tab and selecting Prefill on the left.
Send a form with pre-filled answers. You can send respondents a form with some fields already filled in. Open a form in Google Forms. In the top right, click More . Choose Get pre-filled link.
If you're already familiar with Google Forms, prefilling one is easy. Select Get pre-filled link from the three-dot menu in the upper right-hand corner. That will open the form in a new tab. From there, fill out any relevant fields that you already know the answer to for the person you intend to send the link to.
