I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Good product for the money this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great. Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files. Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

A solid editor with a very minor flaw imo Other than a better scroll bar for the area of the documents being edited, the interface is pretty easy to navigate if you have used any similar programs (such as adobe acrobat reader). I wish there was a less feature oriented version that was free to use/download, perhaps with a daily/weekly task limit, similar to things like smallpdf.
