What do you like best?
We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

Very good easy to use program Very good easy to use program. Customer service is great I miss read and accidentally signed up for a whole year in one go instead of just for the month, they quickly resolved it for me and refunded the difference. =) if I ever need to do documents online again I will definitely use their service again

Microsoft provides a way of creating a new, blank text file using the right-click menu in File Explorer. Open File Explorer and navigate to the folder where you want to create the text file. Right-click in the folder and go to New Text Document. The text file is given a default name, New Text Document.
Open and use Notepad The easiest way to create a text file in Windows is to open up the Notepad software program on your computer. The Notepad is a text editor included with Microsoft Windows. A text file is considered a plaintext file and Notepad is only capable of creating and editing plaintext files.
In a Windows Microsoft Word document, click the Save As button from the File menu. Select Save As Type from the drop-down list then select Plain Text (. txt). Click the Save button and a File Conversion window will open.
Microsoft Word CAN create a text file, but you MUST save it correctly. You must choose the Save as Type of Plain Text (. txt). If you use the default type, you get a DOC file.
