What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

I reviewed this software for my company… I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

Contact Support
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app. Tap the contact you want to edit. At the bottom right, tap Edit. If asked, choose the account. Enter the contact's name, email, and phone number. To change the photo for a contact, tap the photo, then choose an option. Tap Save.
Tap a contact, then tap Edit. Do any of the following: Assign a photo to a contact: Tap add photo. You can take a photo or add one from the Photos app. Change a label: Tap the label, then select one in the list, or tap Add Custom Label to create one of your own. When you're finished, tap Done.
You can add a custom label to any number by tapping the Edit button while viewing the contact. Touch the label to the left of the phone number. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of labels, and tap Add Custom Label. Enter the custom label text and touch Save.
Tap Contacts on the Home screen or in the dock of the Phone app. Tap the name of the contact you want to edit or delete. Tap the Edit button in the upper right corner. Tap in the field you want to edit.
Another way to create groups on the iPhone or iPad is through the Contacts' app on Mac. Launch the app, then hover your mouse next to where it says “iCloud.” Click on the “+” that appears to create and label a new group. Then, just like the iCloud web interface, you can click and drag/drop names onto the new group.
Go to the People app (also may be labelled Contacts) and select a contact. In contact details, hit the Menu button (three vertical dots in the top-right corner) and choose Edit (this step may be unnecessary on your phone) Scroll down until you see Ringtone. Tap it and select a tone to play when they call.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app. Tap the contact you want to edit. At the bottom right, tap Edit. If asked, choose the account. Enter the contact's name, email, and phone number. To change the photo for a contact, tap the photo, then choose an option. Tap Save.
Open the Contacts' app on your Android device. Select the Menu icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen. Choose To create Label. Type the Label name, then tap OK. Tap the add person icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
