It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

I used it now for 2 forms. I like that It does everything for me..saves the document, converts to another format if I need it and easy to email out or print.

It can be great, but it's a little buggy at times. The signature feature often crashes the signer's device, whether mobile or desktop, and the API integration with Zapier is very finicky as well.

It was very easy to use and was user friendly for using the icons to understand what I was doing. Process was a little slow, but I think that was my computer!

Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

What do you like best?
That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.
What do you dislike?
That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.

What is a record ID?
Record ID Tool. The Record ID tool creates a new column in the data and assigns a unique identifier, that increases sequentially, for each record in the data. The Record ID tool generates unique identifiers with numeric values or string values, based on the data type you select.
How do I find my record type ID?
There are two ways to find them: Go to the Record Type (Setup> Customize> (object)> Record Types). Click on the record type. Find the Record Type ID in the URL between id= and type.
