At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. My very small office (staff of 9)!needed a professional looking and very easy to use application for filling and signing document. I downloaded 8'different apps/programs for trial and comparison. PDF Filler left every other program / app in its' dust.

What do you like best?
I can sign paperwork, make changes and do it all without a printer wherever I am in the world.
What do you dislike?
There are some some glitches with the program.. for example to save a document you first have to make a duplicate of it. Also, I thought there was a way to re-number pages but that feature seems to be gone?

Its a great program overall and affordable. I would definitely recommend it.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. It is an excellent pdf editor, the best of all the ones I have used.
The edits of a document are made very easy, it can be erased without leaving traces, the edited texts keep the same font, etc.
