This is a very good program but the monthly fee is high. It would be well worth the cost if you were filling out hundreds of pdfs each month, but for one or two forms, it's hard to justify the expense.

I like the service just wish the process of saving and/or printing docs wasn't as cumbersome - two or three pop up windows before action is completed and not automatically redirected to doc list.

PDF filler solved my small business billing issues! I am able to prepare CMS Form 1500 online and fax directly to the insurance company! It stores all my documents for future reference too and allows me to edit and resend if there is a problem. Awesome tool for a small business like mine!!!

I have had trouble finding documents and sending them in the past, it seems as though this site is easier to use today. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world so I am learning sometimes the hard way!

I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.
