The filler form was OK; however, it would have been better to know there was a cost and subscription up front before putting all the time in to fill out the form. Especially when it was shown as "FREE"

PDF filler is a good program that allows easy filling of PDF documents. I appreciated it more before I tried to use the option to share documents with other people. I'm not sure what the original intent was for this product, so I do not wish to sound judgmental. As far as filling out the documents and downloading them or printing them is wonderful. When I started trying to share the documents with others to fill out and have them sign them, it became quite a bit more limited. Since that may not have been its original intent, I remain compassionate towards the limitations it has.

PDFFILLER HAS CHANGED MY PRACTICE - FOR THE BETTER
I use this software everyday and have found it a necessity in my practice.
Prior to having pdffiller, we still had to type into forms using a TYPEWRITER. No joke. With my legal practice there are numerous forms that we have to fill out. Not only does pdffiller have the usual ability to enter Text into a form, but the feature we rely on the most is the ability to DELETE and RE-TYPE into the document. This has improved the time it takes to draft and amend documents that were not originally created by our office.
Sometimes it is difficult to save under a different name and I often accidentally save over a prior document.

I found myself trying to rate it 4 stars, but it's honest about what it is- a robust, web-based pdf editing tool that doesn't try to be more than it is, and does what it is supposed to do very well.

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)

It would help to have some sort of tutorial outlining the all the functions. Having been offered a webinar during the 30 day free trial would've been helpful.

Can I cut hair without a license?
In California, for example, cutting hair for compensation without a license is subject to an administrative fine and may even result in misdemeanor criminal charges.
Can you be a barber without a license?
Barbering without a license, or offering any hairstyling services for pay without a license is pretty much illegal everywhere. However, if you cut hair or style it for fun, that's another story. That is, if you do it for free, you're basically free to operate as you please.
Do you have to have a license to be a barber?
The license requirements to become a barber vary by state, but on average it takes around 1500 hours of instruction in a barber school to be permitted to sit for the exams. You will also need to be at least 16 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass the appropriate licensing exam.
Is it legal to cut hair at home with a license?
No, it is not legal. Even as a licensed cosmetologist it is still illegal in many states to operate a salon out of a home without jumping through a bunch of hoops. Even licensed cosmetologists aren't supposed to do hair at home.
How do I report an unlicensed barber?

Why do you need a license to cut hair?
Because in the US there are certain rules to perform hair cutting safely and sanitary. Believe it or not in countries like Britain there's no need to have a barber license in order to perform haircuts there. To stop that the law was put in place by the government so that barbers must be licensed.

You cannot practice legally without a license. By law, any services done within the field of cosmetology for any form of compensation is illegal if done without a completed education and a license.
