I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. I have tested it and every elements concerning my line of work are deeply thought out and very crisp.
I had a problem of sending a folder but the solution is in merging the files to create one new file to send.
The software is brilliant and less costly than all the competition I have tested.

- The listing feature with check boxes is old-fashioned. Use icons based on file type.

Great Customer service. I didn't need the subscription and thought I had cancelled but it turns out I was charged. I contacted them about it and received an immediate response and was refunded the money.
