Amazing software except for the licensing. I just want to pay for when I need it. For a business the month to month is great, but for a single time user it is a bit tougher.

I have had a great experience with PDF Filler. Being a computer novice however, some things were not quite as easy to find as I needed. I asked for assistance though and received it immediately. Great team !

What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.

Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

As good as DocuSign
Allows you to create pdfs that with blanks in order to easily fill out.
There are no free versions, so you pretty much just hope that a business has taken the proper steps to acquire this and utilize it.

I've had an overall great experience using PDFiller. The variety of features gives me the convenience to edit my documents, save them, upload them to my account and allows me to easily send them by email to be signed.

How do you write off a warranty?
Accrue the warranty expense with a debit to the warranty expense account and a credit to the warranty liability account. As actual warranty claims are received, debit the warranty liability account and credit the inventory account for the cost of the replacement parts and products sent to customers.
Are warranties tax-deductible?
A company's liability for warranties provided to its customers is deductible for tax purposes when the all-events test has been met and economic performance has occurred. The expense is not currently deductible if it is subject to contingencies.
Are car warranties tax-deductible?
No. You must write off the cost over the life of the extended warranty. Then multiply the number of months the warranty is in effect for the year by the monthly amount. Tip: If you use the car less than 100 percent for business, you can only deduct the portion of the expense attributable to business use.
Are accruals deductible for tax purposes?
Accrued expenses are expenses that have been incurred, but not yet paid. For tax purposes a small business entity (BE) taxpayer can generally claim a deduction at June 30th for expenses that have been incurred, but not paid (or even invoiced).
