I was gonna select only 4 stars since I was having difficulty getting the app to do all that it claims, but since customer service was so great I had to add the additional star.

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? Directions to find the form to be edited could be more simple and spelled out. Through trial and error, I was able to edit the form to my satisfaction. Thanks.

I feel this is just what I've been looking for and it's not to complicated like some of the other sites and you still don't get what your looking for . I didn't get get what I wanted on other sites. That's why I purchased for a year because this works good with my busness.

PDF filler solved my small business billing issues! I am able to prepare CMS Form 1500 online and fax directly to the insurance company! It stores all my documents for future reference too and allows me to edit and resend if there is a problem. Awesome tool for a small business like mine!!!

The initial setup went smoothly. Once I figured how to save the documents with the correct name after duplicating the original form, I had no problems.
