It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!

tough start, but Sam saved the day!
SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I will always ask for him in the future! perfect 10 for his effort and going out of his way to help really solve the issue and teach me how to handle it in the future!

Just downloaded this program and am impressed already. It's well laid out, easy to use, and overall a great experience. It's nice to be able to turn non-fillable pdf's into fillable ones.

We were out of town and needed an…
We were out of town and needed an expensive package delivered to an alternate address. We needed a signed release for the courier to deliver without a signature, and this was the best way to create and eventually email that release form.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. This is a great service. Easy to use. Easy to upload, edit and share documents you need others to review. Also extremely easy to fax and there's even a service to mail the document within the U.S. from your computer from anywhere in the world. Highly recommend it.
