App doesnt work the same as using it on a computer. On the computer is easy and simple. Ive tried the app and seems to cant work it like on the computer such as tap on it erase or add , high light , or erase. Im using apple iphone Thank you

Pretty easy to use!
Pretty easy to use!Update: Been using this a while now, only down side is that when you blank off certain information, save the file and open it to check, for a very brief second all the old information flashes up.

Best program Ever!
This software has changed our business. We are in a very form intensive business and not all forms come in electronically. PDFfiller allows us to convert them and manipulate them to our liking. Saves us tons of time and effort.

*** ****** is literally the best *** Filling *** out there. ******. All the functionalities of *** filler are remarkable and make doing business a complete breeze. Unfortunately the Platform I use daily - is cheaper however - isnt as functional as *** filler. So I tried completing my need with them as I have used them in the past. So I signed up for the trial - attempted my documents - I failed; closed the window and forgot about the subscription. This morning I woke up and saw the charge, I couldnt remember what Email I even signed up with. I emailed *** ****** at 5 am and got an immediate response with an agent ready to help. They asked easy questions and were able to locate my account and issue an immediate refund. I dont think there are words to express how incredible and unmatched that level of customer service is. Do minors have to be on lease?
As mentioned earlier minors are not considered tenants and do not have to be on the lease. They can be listed as occupants if state laws allow but cannot sign the lease. If a landlord has a minor sign a lease it won't hold up in the court as a viable contract since the minor is not considered an adult.
Can minors sign a lease?
Since minors can't make legally binding contracts, landlords usually require the applicant to find an adult, usually his parent or guardian, to co-sign the rental agreement. Underage college students renting an apartment off-campus may have their parents sign the rental agreement and even pay their rent.
How old do I have to be to sign a lease?
Most laws across the U.S. set the minimum age for being considered an adult at 18 years old. There is, however, an exception to that rule emancipation. Unless you are emancipated, you are not legally allowed to enter into a contract, and a lease is a contract.

Any guest staying in the property more than 2 weeks in any 6-month period will be considered a tenant, rather than a guest, and must be added in the lease agreement. Landlord may also increase the rent at any such time that a new tenant is added to the lease or premise.
