- The listing feature with check boxes is old-fashioned. Use icons based on file type.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Worth the money
I've been subscribing to this service for several years! I love it! It's nice to be able to start on my laptop or phone and pick up where I left off on the other device. The download notification feature is nice because it ensures the person got your email and actually downloaded the file. Will maintain my subscription for the immediate future.

I had trouble logging in to my account
I had trouble logging in to my account. It was a small issue but I sent a text message and got a reply soon after. The Customer Service at pdffiller is very responsive. I have been a customer (for creating insurance forms for my medical practice) for three years and it is an excellent service. It is user-friendly and intuitive and simple to use. I highly recommend pdffiller.
