The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed. My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun. Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

I am finding it helpful indeed. I haven't utilized all of the options yet. So far I like it. The mobile app is far more difficult to use than the website. Doesn't quite sync with the different cloud websites for transfers into the app.

I like the professional government… I like the professional government templates available but the layout of the actual site is a little tricky to understand how everything works on it.

An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.

To display the comments the way that you want them to appear in the printed document, do one of the following: View all comments: To view all comments in your document, on the Review tab, click Show Markup in the Tracking group, point to Reviewers, and then click to select All Reviewers.
In Word 2016 show comments and the markup area appears on the right side of the page. The markup area appears whenever a document features comments, but its appearance is controlled by settings on the “Review” tab. To hide the markup area, click the “Review” tab.
Click the Review tab on the Ribbon, then click the Balloons command. In the drop-down list, click on Show Revisions in Balloons or Show Only Comments and Formatting in Balloons.
Click the Review tab. Click the Display for Review button menu. ... Choose the All Markup command.
Make sure the Review tab of the ribbon is displayed. In the Tracking group you see the Reviewing Pane tool. Click the down-arrow at the right of the tool. ... Choose either Reviewing Pane Vertical or Reviewing Pane Horizontal, according to your desires. The Reviewing Pane should appear as indicated by your choice.
Open Microsoft Word. Choose the Review tab at the top of the document. Either click the Track Changes button (PC) or toggle the Track Changes switch (Mac). Make sure that you change 'Simple Markup' to 'All Markup' from the drop-down bar next to Track Changes.
To show all comments on a document, select the “Review” tab and click “Show Comments.” To hide them, select this button again.
