Easy to figure out, simple to use, always have a copy of before and after. This software is always on my bookmarks bar, so is easy to launch.

Easy to use and very convenient.
Easy to upload and fill out any document. Saves as PDF or prints. Even has some tax and medical documents that you can download right from the site. Very convenient.

The name truly fits
This program is very easy to use and gives the user lots of tools. I had to make a few changes to a large and older PDF and I was able to make those changes. Even those that I had to erase, draw and finally add the text. To a very important document. (The name truly fits)

What does a tentative agreement mean?
A tentative agreement means the university's and the union's negotiating teams have agreed to the terms of a collective agreement, but the terms have not yet been agreed to (ratified) by the bargaining unit members or the university's governing body.
What is the tentative agreement?
Tentative agreements (TA) are proposed collective bargaining agreements that have not been ratified (approved) by union leaders and the Board of Trustees. After a tentative agreement is ratified, it then becomes a current collective bargaining agreement.
Why would a union reject a tentative agreement?
If the tentative agreement is rejected, the union may demand that the employer resume bargaining to resolve the issue(s) causing member rejection, a strike might be considered, or a re-vote could occur all with the goal of reaching a voluntary binding contract.
How is a union contract ratified?
Upon reaching a final agreement, the labor union seeks ratification from its union members. Ratification is the process by which a labor union contract is accepted by the union members. The union's bargaining committee presents the agreement to the union members, who vote to accept or reject the agreement.
How do you negotiate a union contract?
The Local should immediately give the employer a written REQUEST TO BARGAIN. File a grievance if possible. The Local should give the employer a written request for any information that will be helpful to the Union during the negotiations. Come prepared with proposals about things the Union wants.

If an agreement is reached in collective bargaining negotiations between the University and the exclusive representative for a group of employees (aka union), it is called a Tentative Agreement or T.A. because it is not put into effect until each side has ratified (or voted to approve) it.
