Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea
It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy.
I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

Good Features but you have to nothing is for free
I was so delighted by how easy and intuitive this pdf editor is to use.
You upload a word doc you want to convert to pdf or a pdf file that you want to edit. You edit and are very impressed.
Until I tried to save.
It's browser based but it basically does everything you wish you can do to a pdf file. The interface is very intuitive and can get you going n the first sitting.
It will let you edit but you will be unable to save your work until you subscribe.
Not another free trial!

Easy to execute the changes needed…
Easy to execute the changes needed without much instruction. Saving in the pdf filler on One Drive was slow (undoubtedly Microsoft's problem).

The Dispose Year Record feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily manage and organize your documents by disposing of records that are no longer needed. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Select the document that you want to dispose of a year record for.

Click on the 'Dispose Year Record' option, which can usually be found under the 'More' or 'Actions' menu.

A dialog box will appear asking you to confirm the disposal of the year record. Read the message carefully and make sure you understand the consequences of disposing the record.

If you are certain that you want to proceed, click on the 'Dispose' button.

The year record will be disposed of, and the document will be updated accordingly. You will no longer be able to access the disposed year record, so make sure you have a backup or a copy of the document if needed.

How records are disposed?
Records disposal is the process by which University Records are either destroyed or retained as University Archives. Disposal is a range of processes associated with implementing the records' retention, destruction or transfer decisions documented in the University's Records Retention and Disposal Authority.
When should you dispose of an official record?
The guide covers the seventh good practice recommendation (in section 12 of the Code): 'Authorities should define how long they need to keep particular records, should dispose of them when they are no longer needed and should be able to explain why records are no longer held. '
When should a record be destroyed?
Patients involved in a clinical trial — 15 years after last episode or 10 years after death (locally agreed exception). Donor records — 11 years post transplantation. Do not destroy — Records marked as a general 'do not destroy' must be kept as permanent full records and should not be destroyed.
