Immediate refund received
I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. How do I see all footnotes?
To see all your footnotes or end notes at once, click View > Draft, and then click References > Show Notes. In the Notes' pane at the bottom of the document, click the arrow next to Footnotes, click All Footnotes or All End notes, and then Control + Click the footnotes or end notes you want to convert.
