Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

Its OK Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy. I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

Creating fillable pdfs has never been better PDF filler has been extremely benefitial for me, I has allowed me to go almost completely paperless, and this has had a great impact for my business since paper cost is extremely high in my country. I love PDFfiller, it is a great software for creating fillable PDF forms and this has allowed me to go almost paperless in my office, I just create the forms, send them to my patients and they send them back and that is it. At first it can be somewhat complicated to use, I believe that it has a steep learning curve, but once you get the hang of it is just a great software.

What do you like best? I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign. What do you dislike? Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person. We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.

How to Use the Distribute PDF Forms Feature

The Distribute PDF Forms feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily send out forms to multiple recipients and collect their responses in a streamlined manner. Follow these steps to make the most of this feature:

Upload your PDF form to pdfFiller. If you don't have a form ready, you can create one using the pdfFiller editor.

Once your form is uploaded, click on the 'Distribute' tab at the top of the page.

Choose the 'Email' option to send the form via email. You can also select 'Link' if you prefer to share a link to the form.

Enter the email addresses of the recipients. You can add multiple recipients by separating their email addresses with commas.

Customize the email subject and message to provide clear instructions to the recipients.

If needed, you can enable the 'Require Signatures' option to ensure that the recipients sign the form before submitting it.

Click on the 'Send' button to distribute the form to the recipients.

The recipients will receive an email with a link to access the form. They can fill it out online using pdfFiller's editing tools.

As the form owner, you will receive notifications whenever a recipient completes and submits the form.
