Easy to use, but sometimes doesn't show exactly what I need with form being listed under another name or title (e.g. a search for DA 31 gave me the AR 600-1 132 page doc but not the Leave and Pass Form).

This was so convenient
This was so convenient. It was quick and easy to register and begin filling out forms. This helped me out in a crunch to get my 1099 forms completed.

The service was great and really…
The service was great and really useful! I've used it for the past year- I just didnt need it and couldn't afford it this year- the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because when I went to cancel it within a month of by mistake letting it renew- they (Jerome in the chatbox) were SOOOO AMAZING and helpful! With so many companies they completely dehumanize you and fight for ages when you try to cancel. It has given me immense respect for this company that they were kind and helpful!

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML, pronounced Samuel) is an open standard for exchanging authentication and authorization data between parties, in particular, between an identity provider and a service provider.
What is SAML authentication and how it works?
Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) is an XML-based framework for authentication and authorization between two entities: a Service Provider and an Identity Provider. The Service Provider agrees to trust the Identity Provider to authenticate users. SAML is a standard single sign-on (SSO) format.
What does SAML do?

How does SAML signing work?
SAML SSO works by transferring the user's identity from one place (the identity provider) to another (the service provider). This is done through an exchange of digitally signed XML documents. What is the difference between SSO and SAML?
Strictly speaking, SAML refers to the XML variant language used to encode all this information, but the term can also cover various protocol messages and profiles that make up part of the standard. What is a SAML token?
Security Assertions Markup Language (SAML) tokens are XML representations of claims. The security token service issues a SAML token to the client. The SAML token is signed with a certificate associated with the security token service and contains a proof key encrypted for the target service.
How does SAML token work?
SAML SSO works by transferring the user's identity from one place (the identity provider) to another (the service provider). The application identifies the user's origin (by application subdomain, user IP address, or similar) and redirects the user back to the identity provider, asking for authentication.
