I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. For several years I used this service as I ran an on-line business and felt that the ability to create pdf files, for ordering processes would be of a significant help.
I am now retired, but like the ability to modify medical health forms rather than filling them out by hand repeatedly.

It was a little tough figuring it out at first, but it seems to be doing exactly what I want it to do. In the sending and returning process, I think it could be done with perhaps fewer steps

Nothing... I could get more options by upgrading my subsctiption but I am fine as it is for now.

It's so user friendly and very robust in the many changes that I need to make to any given file.
What do you dislike?
I wish it would allow you to add more than 5 pages at one time when I'm trying to make changes to a several documents and uploading it into one main file.

Pratical and
PDFfiller is a good option whenever you need to fill forms or edit a pdf file. The online version is also an advantage.
If you don't use it a lot, the princing will be a little excessive to pay every month. A "pay as you go" or pay as you use.

IT'S BETTER THAN DOCUSIGN
I like that you can send to other to sign just like docusign. You can also fill in the blanks. You can share the info and even print. Also is not too pricey.
What I don't like is, when I send to multiple signers anyone can sign even on my signature. I wish they'd allow set signatures per person so that folks won't get confused .
