I want to start by saying that this program exceeded my expectations! It not only delivers on everything it promises but goes above and beyond. I used it for a marketing class, and it made the entire process seamless and straightforward. When I encountered a billing issue, the support team resolved it promptly—even during a holiday weekend! Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Thank you for thinking of the little people who need things like this. I am a Full-time student with very little extra income so again, I thank you sincerely, Karen (Portland, OR)

How can I improve the quality of a PDF?
Go to Start→Devices and Printers (Printers only in Windows 2000/Vista), right-click nova PDF Std/Pro and select Printing Preferences.
On the Page tab go to the Graphic section, choose a different DPI setting from the Resolution drop-down and click OK.
Why are my PDF documents blurry?
Low Original Resolution If you start with a low-resolution image or other file, the resulting PDF may look blurry or pixelated, especially if printed out. Use files with resolutions of at least 72 dots per inch for Web display and 200 to 300 dpi for printing. Enlarging small images can also increase blurriness.
