It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

A Great Time Saving Tool This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time. The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

Its a little bit hard to email the… Its a little bit hard to email the documents back to yourself after the conversion - otherwise, this is a great website for document alterations and conversions. Easy to use, great variation of different tools and mediums.

Export form results and open in Excel You can easily view all the response data for your quiz or other form in Microsoft Excel. Click Open in Excel on the Responses tab to capture a snapshot of your current response data.
Download Forms results Download an Excel workbook with all the survey/quiz results to date. On the Forms admin pages go to the Responses tab then 'Open in Excel'. Instead of saving to your computer with a different name each time, save to the same file name and location.
Open your saved Excel file. Select the cell in the first column just below your existing data. Select Data > From Text. Select the new text file with the form data and select Import. In the Wizard, choose Delimited and select Next.
Microsoft Forms data is stored on servers in the United States, except data for European-based tenants. The data for European-based tenants is stored on servers in Europe.

The easiest way to make a copy of a Form is through Drive. In your Drive, click once on the form you would like to copy and then open the '3 dot menus' to the right of the screen. — Once the copy is made, you may want to rename the file so that you will be able to find it more easily.
In your web browser, go to forms.office.com. Sign in with your Office 365 school credentials, Office 365 work credentials, or Microsoft account (Hotmail, Live, or Outlook.com). Under My Forms, click New Form to begin creating your form. Enter a name for your form. Click Add Question to add a new question to the form.
