With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. This has been my favorite pdf program of all time. I do not work I am a happy homemaker and have a special needs son and have a lot of documents to file and fill and fax for him. This is the best program. The price is a bit high for me but it's worth it at times when I need to do something that other pdf programs just can't do it.

What do you like best?
The amount of tools avaliable gives a lot of possibilities working a PDF Doc. Its been very usefull to me. And its online! You could access the tool anywhere! I like the fact that it brings a possibility of working any kind of PDF doc.
What do you dislike?
I consider the price is a bit expensive. And sometimes I have a little difficulty changing the size of images included in a document, maybe this feature could be improved.

It's simple and easy. I can pull forms from the internet, email, my desktop, etc and fill them in for a professional look.
What do you dislike?
The printing process could be laid out a little more simply. It works well; but a little 'clumsy' vs smooth like printing in microsoft products.

I found it pretty easy to use since I am not very techie. I haven't tried anything except doing some corrections to some documents. Looking forward to the other features.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

Document Signing and Editing Issues
I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. I needed to create a document and sign it in a hurry. I already own Turbo PDF, but, its confusing to use.
I did a quick Google search and down loaded Pdf filler and had my doc printed in less than 10 min!

Very simple 'click-on-what-u-wanna-do' layout, very understandable even for complete beginners. Waaaaaaaay better than Adobe. Almost feels like PDFFiller actually invented .pdf!
