I liked the access to all the forms. It was great. And as I tried to do ever more complicated things with the forms (strikethroughs, initialing the corrections in random places, etc.) I learned more and more about the tools the platform has. It has just about everything you could imagine.

I've tried other programs to convert pdf files and it didn't work. At least you were able to convert from pdf to a document I needed to type and enter information on before submission. I would like to save my resume' in a docx. file without loosing the format. My resume is already created but I would like to make changes on it when I get a new job. Please help!!!

PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Working great for filling out forms
Working great for filling out forms, on my phone or PC saving and printing. However, trouble signing in when opening file from email and works more smoothly if signed in before opening.

What do you like best?
PDF filler has allowed me to not only make forms being filled out easier but also allows me to keep them archived on their server so I had don't have to look for them.
What do you dislike?
I think the only downside I would say is the send to sign can be a little confusing. Some of my clients have had issues trying to sign things when I've used this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only time I've had issues is when a form wouldn't load to the system. Customer service has always been great helping me out. They usually have the problem resolved quickly

Does DOCX use compression?
The DOCX format uses the DEFLATE compression format, which is lossless. The percentage compression can vary with the content of the document.
Is DOCX lossy or lossless?
DOCX file extension when saved. Unlike the DOC format, the DOCX format is an XML-based open standard. This save is lossy and the effect is that formatting information from DOCX files is dropped in some cases.
What type of compression is DOCX?
A DOCX document is a compressed file, like an archive you make with 7-Xip or WinRAR. This means you can open it with one of those tools and see all the contents.
