I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I use PDFfiller on an iMac which does not have Flash installed. The main problem I have is that some of the text I deleted in a PDF file using PDFfiller appears to remain in the file. After I save the file, exit PDFfiller, and reopen the file with PDFFiller, the text I deleted was actually deleted and no longer in the file. So these steps serve as my workaround to this bug in PDFFiller on computers without Flash.
I greatly appreciate the PDFfiller Help Team explains the reasons why the bug remains in the current version of PDFfiller, transitting from requiring Flash to not requiring it.
Furthermore, as a software engineer myself, I fully accept the reasons for this bug to remain in the current, transitional version of PDFFiller.

Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.

I had been looking for something which works on phones & chromebooks as well as computers. It's great this operates 100% in a browser and works REALLY well. Has some limited zapier support and has decent integration with g-suite. The support, including one emergency thing, has been much better than average. There are some additions which I feel could make pdffiller absolutely a star, but it's more than functional and easy to use today.

just started using the PDF Filler, its a great application, easy to navigate, one can get a lot of legal stuff done on it if you own a business and very affordable.

It is actually free helfpful without ads
It is actually free and I don't have to put in a card before, and there are no ads it feels illegal with all the other sites doing only 10% of what this one does and asks you to sign up for months

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!

really great program
this was a very user friendly interface, no guessing what different tools do or where anything is located everything is organized and very simple but at the same im there is a lot of useful and needed options for editing the pdf, even a way to convert to other document styles and save...can share or and docs as attachment to contacts that you choose, and h\they have the option to edit and add to the doc as well. im also getting a totally free no gimmicks snags or hidden charges or fees and i mean legit its really free for real! highly recommend!!!
