Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I will be happy to do a survey in a month or two.

It's probably just me but it's hard to figure out what does what.Also trying to figure out what I can move on a PDF and what I have to erase and fill-in again. Otherwise I think it's one of the best. I should also say seems be working with my Dragon NaturallySpeaking

Dont have a printer but can have the forms ready for when i find 1
Was in a tight spot with not having a printer and such. the 1 month free trial with everthing I'm having to deal with right now has help make it slightly easier. I can get everything filled out and have it ready for a printer when I'm able to reach it! Thank you it helped a bunch. all I had to do was google the forms n a link to the form n this website popped up and was able to start filling it out right away. thank you again!
