I enjoy the accessibility to a large variety of legal forms without preparing them, but the process is not that easy. For a novice user, it is cumbersome and complicated. There should be a tutorial on how to maneuver the program and all of its features seamlessly.

Can a deed be electronically signed?
Changes to the law in New South Wales effective from 22 November 2018 now mean that deeds can be signed and witnessed electronically provided that they are signed in accordance with the requirements under the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 (NSW) (NSW ETA).
