One big feature that is missing, as is from many of these types of editing / fill in forms, is the basic "Cut","Copy", "Paste" functions. However once I got use to the program's idiosyncrasies, It has been quite helpful. Oh, one more thing, I think more detailed instruction by some useful examples of how the features can benefit in everyday design of a fill-able forms would make it that much more useful.

How many computers can I put final draft on?
You can install Final Draft on as many computers as you want. Two of these can be activated at a given time. You can activate two Macs, two PCs or one of each -- it doesn't matter.
How do I activate Final Draft on another computer?
Open Final Draft on the computer from which you want to move / copy it. Go to Help > Deactivate and follow the prompts to deactivate. Download the Final Draft installer onto the other computer. Launch the program and follow the prompts to activate.
Can I use Final Draft on more than one computer?

How do I activate Final Draft?
If the program is already open, go to Help > Activate, enter the full-version Customer Number (not an EFT number) and click Activate. If the program is not open, launch it, click Activate in the Days Remaining window, enter the full-version Customer Number (not a EFT number) and click Activate.

Final Draft. Can my writing partner and I share one copy of Final Draft? No. In the case of a standard or academic retail package, only one person is allowed to be listed as the owner of the software.
How do you update final draft?
Open Final Draft. Go to Help > Check for Updates. If an update is available, and you are prompted to update, click Yes. Final Draft will be updated automatically.
How do you share on final draft?
Go to Tools > Collaboration > Host (Mac) or Home > Connect > Host (Windows). Enter your name or a name you would like to use for the session. Choose a script to share: After the script is chosen, click OK. The Collaboration window is displayed. Send the Session ID to whoever else will be participating.
