overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Overall, the application is useful. The only issues that I have been experiencing is some of the edits I make either reappear, or are placed on top of the existing text.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Make sure you don't have extra space in the header. Double-click on the header and hit the down arrow. If there are extra lines in the header, below the page number, delete them. Make sure there isn't extra space between your text and the top of the page.
Open the Page Setup dialogue (from the Page Layout menu) and go to the third tab (Layout), where you see Header settings, referring to the distance of your header from the edge of the paper. Please note: your header will keep this distance whatever the size of your margin may be.
Open the document in Word 2013. Double-click inside the header. This will open a Header & Footer Tools Design tab at the top of the window. Click inside the Header from Top field in the Position section of the ribbon, then change the value to something smaller.
Double-click the header or footer area (near the top or bottom of the page) to open the Header & Footer Tools. Click Link too Previous to turn off the link between the sections. To delete the header, click the Header or Footer button and choose Remove Header or Remove Footer near the bottom of the menu.
Select the paragraph you want to change, or press Ctrl+A to select all text. Go Home > Line and Paragraph Spacing. Select the line spacing you want. For more exact spacing, select Line Spacing Options, and make changes under Spacing.
Method 1: Narrow Down the Row Height Manually If any, delete them first. Then put cursor over the bottom line of a table row. Wait until cursor changes to the sign of double horizontal lines with 2 arrows. Next click and drag the bottom line up until the unwanted space disappears.
