I thought it was great & easy to use. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I would have liked to have known I had to buy a subscription before I could print my document. I probably won't need to use it again in the foreseeable future.

This software seems to be nice and easy to use, im still working my way round it. I was looking to send a form to be returned filled in. Looks like this should be easy enough. I will keep my fingers crossed.

My handwriting seems to get worse with age and in this world of no typewriters for forms that need to be readable I have at odds when it comes to filling out many of todays forms. To date PDFfiller has proven to be a god send for my dilemma.

Needed some Quick 1099's - PDF Filler Came to the Rescue Good product for what it is designed for. Downloaded this in a pinch when I need to get a vendor a 1099 last minute. Couldn't find anything that would allow me to do this on the IRS website and PDF Filler allowed to complete one in a matter of minutes. Definite a lifesaver and helped me save a relationship with a vendor. Automatic renewal snuck up on me. I didn't mind paying for it the first year, but this year I didn't need it.

I was nice to fill-out a PDF form in type. Easy to use. Helpful with PDF form filling. Much more professional to submit a form in type to a city administration. It was a bit expensive for a short time need of 1-2 months. We only needed it for submittal of forms to a city administration.

Create your invoice make it professional. The first step is to put your invoice together. Clearly mark your invoice. Add company name and information. Write a description of the goods or services you're charging for. Don't forget the dates. Add up the money owed. Mention payment terms.

Sole proprietorship is the easiest and most common structure chosen to start a business. As long as you are the only owner, your business starts when your business activities start. In the United States of America, you are automatically a sole proprietor and are therefore free to invoice clients as necessary.
Create a Professional Layout. Your invoice should look professional. Include Company and Client Information. Add an Invoice Number, Invoice Date, and Due Date. Write Each Line Item with a Description of Services. Add-up Line Items for Total Money Owed. Include Simple Payment Terms and Payment Options. Add a Personal Note.
A. As you are not VAT registered there is no legal requirement to issue invoices for every sale, but it is good business practice. However, if the Taxman suspects that you have been under-recording your sales, because you receive many payments in cash which are not immediately banked, you may have a problem.
