I must say "PDF filler" is the best company I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. Such prompt courteous service when you have a question. If you call their phone # and have a wait, just leave your number. They will actually call you back ASAP the same day. Found that out with surprise!! Wanted to cancel my subscription. No problem she said. Got an email on that the very next day. The only reason I cancelled is the 4-page form I needed to type out is just once a year. Loved the selection of type styles and sizes. Made it a pleasure to fill in.

How does the military draft Work 2020?
Overview. If Congress and the President were to reinstate a military draft, the Selective Service System would conduct a National Draft Lottery to determine the order in which young men would be drafted. For example, if a draft were held in 2020, those men born in 2000 would be considered first.

The draft is officially known as the Selective Service. Basically, this means that if we ever have a national emergency or war that the all-volunteer military cannot adequately support, Congress and the president can reinstate the draft and force male citizens to serve in the military.

All men 18 years and older had to register with Selective Service. All men between the ages of 18 to 26 were eligible to be drafted for a service requirement of 21 months.

A draft is the mandatory enrollment of individuals into the armed forces. The United States military has been all-volunteer since 1973. But an Act of Congress could still reinstate the draft in case of a national emergency.
Can a 30-year-old be drafted?
Certain professionals could possibly be drafted at almost any age. Currently, enlistment or commission in general is limited to people under thirty years of age, but physicians of various types and lawyers can be commissioned as military officers at much later ages, often into their forties or fifties.

If, for example, pay would have to be $15,000 per year to attract sufficient volunteers, but these volunteers are instead drafted at $7,000 per year, the draftees pay a tax of $8,000 per year each.
