Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

In my line of work (payroll) it's a lot easier to be able to fill out some of the paperwork that I need to send to employees/managers and attach it via email instead of handwriting it and scan it to them.

I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.

Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.

Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

Everything is working
I checked out their pdf software, it's truly great, I liked it and I was ready to buy a year subscription, but all these bad reviews on line about this company made me nervous. However I signed up and now I am pleased to work with it

Needed a simple online pdf product. Registration was easy enough. I ended up needing more advanced features so didn't use much. Support staff were super helpful when accidentally billed.

I was unable to embolden a specific part of my texts. Each time I select the target part, the whole texts are emboldened.
Other than this, I'm having a great experience using pdfFiller; it has many great functionalites.

I use this to do my tenant leases
Overall, I have to have access to a software program like this. Some landlords issue leases on ancient old pdfs that are hard to work with. This program allows me to alter, merge, and arrange these in a fairly intuitive way. It took a minute for me to be comfortable with the document storage setup that pdffiller uses, but I am happy with it bc I can access these documents from anywhere!
I love the way you can just insert a text box, or erase. Wow its so nice to be able to do this with documents.
I find merging to be hard. I had to get help early one Sunday morning from support. The support was there and ready to instruct me. It just wasn't intuitive. I might even have to ask how to do it again.

How do I put glossy photo paper in my printer?
Place your photo paper in the tray with the glossy or printable side facing down. Hold the paper by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the glossy surface. Slide the paper all the way in until it stops.
Does photo paper go in glossy side up?
If paper has print side (front or back), such as photo paper, load it with the whiter side (or glossy side) facing down.
Which way does photo paper go in HP printer?
Pull out the paper tray and lift the paper catch, if one is present, and insert the picture paper glossy or matte side facing down if you have an HP printer that accepts paper from a front-load paper slot. These printers are known as “Front Load” printers. Insert 10 sheets of paper into the paper slot.
When loading photo paper which side goes up?
Ink jet printers with a rear load tray: Glossy or print side facing up. Ink jet printers with a front load tray: Glossy or print side facing down.
Can Desk jet print on glossy paper?
Why is my printer unable to print on glossy paper? The printer is an HP Desk jet Ink Advantage 3525, and the paper is 240 GSM “High Glossy Ink jet Photo Paper” marked as “Water Resistant, Super White Instant Dry” (in case it matters).
