Pdf filler is better than Adobe
Good for small simple doc editing. Adding signatures etc.
I was able to get my docs edited and printed with my native software and android phone. Adobe is too picky about using their product only, with PDF filler I was able to get everything done non issues.
It was a trial basis for free, I wish they would have told me that from day one to save me the hassle of going back to purchase, but really it didn't matter.

IT IS SUPER EASY RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. I AM NOT SURE HOW TO FIND A DIFFERENT IRS FORM. I AM THINKING MY ADOBE DC MAY DO THIS AND I JUST DON'T KNOW IT. I FOUND THIS ON THE INTERNET AND IT IS SAVING ME HOURS.

How do landlords verify income?
You can verify income manually by requesting documents that show proof of income through a tenant screening company or through a property management service. However, you choose to verify income, tenants should be able to prove that they make at least three times the current monthly rent.
How do I verify a tenants income and employment?
Pay stub. A good rule of thumb is to ask for pay dated stubs from the most recent three months. W2 tax form. A W2 will show an applicant's income from the previous tax year. Employer phone call.
Do apartments actually call your employer?
Landlords call employers to verify you are actually employed. Some less-than-honest tenants may lie about employment and provide a phony number. Your landlord may also get your employment information off your credit report if your employer reports to the credit reporting bureaus.
How can I fake my rental history?
Pretend to be looking for an apartment. Listen to the Responses. Check Social Media. Check Tax Records.
Can you lie about your income to get an apartment?
If you lie about income and can't substantiate with corresponding deposits you could easily get caught in your lie. The deposits going to your bank in no way would a landlord be able to pinpoint how much you make.
How do I verify employment?
Give your name and title, and request the contact person listed on the application. If the person is not available, leave a call back number, name and good time to reach you. Greet the contact person when he gets on the line. Ask him to verify the former employee's job title, duties, attendance and ending salary.

Landlords call employers to verify you are actually employed. A landlord often calls the main line of the business to see if he can reach human resources or your boss. Your landlord may also get your employment information off your credit report if your employer reports to the credit reporting bureaus.
When applying for an apartment do they call your employer?
Landlords that don't use a screening service generally call employers to verify your income, and call at least one prior landlord for a short chat about you. If they actually check nothing else at all on the application, they will check those two things.
