The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.
What do you dislike?
There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this product to others and in fact I have done so. This product is easy to use and inexpensive compared to other products like it.

Honestly, I used this service for one day. I did the whole hoopla, signing up for the service, getting my PDF's and documents taken care of, then went in to cancel my free trial. Well, something went wrong, and I was charged for a full year that I didn't want. But the reason they get 5 stars instead of zero-- they voided the charge same day that I emailed them. They weren't worried about pinching pennies, they were worried about being a good business and doing the right thing. That's a 10/10 in my book. Honestly, I have them bookmarked on my webpage so that if/when I need their services again, I'll definitely be going back!
