the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

I used their services for 1 year I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails. They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. Intuitive and easy to use Easily and quickly fill pdfs with this simple software, just be aware there is no free option other than a 30-day trial. This software is really straightforward and easy to use. I find it intuitive and am able to edit pdfs quickly and painlessly. Adding a signature is really easy as well. I did the free trial of this software and even though I was impressed, I didn't end up purchasing the monthly subscription due to my needs. There are options out there that are free, although they're definitely inferior in terms of functionality and user interface. So I think the cost (even though it is reasonable) ended up being not worth it for me specifically in the end. Other than that, I had no problems with the software and would recommend it to someone who uses pdf software frequently.
