Easy to use! I found the system very easy to use and have only scratched the surface. Converting documents to an editable form was easy to do and the system made it easy to find available PDF or other formatted versions online. Saving different versions or templates was a bit of a challenge but that was easily remedied.

What do you like best? All the functions have served me well but.the one I used the most is the fax option. I recently started using PDf fillable now that I'm completely online as it help for those clients that do not have access to printers, scanners or fax machines What do you dislike? That I can not save it as a template and upload it to my cloud service Recommendations to others considering the product: Would mike to integrate it but I don't know how What problems are you solving with the product? Here is the definition of depth from the IPF Rule book: the lifter must bend the knees and lower the body until the top surface of the legs at the hip joint is lower than the top of the knees. In simple terms, this means the lifter must squat down until their hip joint is lower than their knee joint.

Especially when it comes to squat depth. On one side you have the purists. These are the guys who'll tell you that you must squat ass-to-grass. At the opposite end of the spectrum, are the overly cautious types who worry that squatting too low will damage your knees (it won't, by the way).
A powerlifting total is your score which is the addition of your best squat, bench, and deadlift. If a person squats 400, benches 300, and deadlifts 500 their total is 1200 lbs.

Straps are never allowed in powerlifting competition. Wrist Straps (left) are never allowed. Wrist Wraps (right) are allowed. They are most often utilized in the bench press because they allow lifters to keep their wrists straight even while straining against heavy loads.
Straps are never allowed in powerlifting competition. Wrist Straps (left) are never allowed. Wrist Wraps (right) are allowed. They are most often utilized in the bench press because they allow lifters to keep their wrists straight even while straining against heavy loads.
The use of these wraps is common in the sport of powerlifting but not in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, as they can be very restricting for receiving the barbell in the deep bottom of the snatch and clean movements.
When to Use Lifting Straps You can use straps on the last one or two warm-up sets before your first work set on exercises like Hang Power Cleans, Deadlifts or Dumbbell Split Squats. But other than that, forgo straps and opt to develop your grip at submaximal loads, instead.
If you DON'T have grip issues on a certain exercise, don't use straps for that exercise. But if you DO, use them. The same goes for if you're only having problems during the later sets of an exercise when hand/wrist fatigue from earlier sets is kicking in. Use straps on those sets only.
