Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Easy to use!
Service was easy to sign up for and use. There were clear menu bars showing the tools and how to use them to edit my PDF files. Would recommend to others, would keep the service if I didn't already have the full paid version of Adobe PDF I only needed this one time on a computer other than my own or would have continued my subscription.

The product is great and very easy to use. I had started a free trial for one time use, but forgot to cancel it and was charged for a full year, but when I contacted them they refunded my money straight away with no questions asked. I wish all companies were as good to deal with as this!
