Initially, it was a bit confusing. However, after using the program a few times, I am delighted. I very much like the fact that I can take a printed form, scan it, and then fill it in and print it. The result is very professional looking. Still not sure how to change fonts.

So far it is good. Convenient for forms that require signatures. No more printing, signing, scanning and converting to pdf a gain before mailing back.

A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

What do you like best?
This platform is so easy to use. I usually get very annoyed with pdf files as most of the other websites I have tried have been a complete pain to make the adjustments I need. PDF filler allowed me to easily add the information, download, and save with my personal E-signature with my toddler on my lap ! I am very happy that I found them and will continue to use them for all my conversion needs.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike just yet. The monthly subscription is a bit pricy if you won't be using it often enough so maybe they could have pricing for example 4 downloads monthly etc.

I have been able to fill out pdf forms to submit documents online. It saves the time of printing the pdf, filling it out and then scanning.

How do you send a PDF file to someone?
You can send your PDF documents as an attachment in an email. In Windows, choose Send as Attachment > Webmail or Default Email Application > Continue to launch the appropriate program. On macOS, click the Send file by email button in the top right and choose to send via your Default email application or Webmail.
How do I send a PDF directly to my email?
Send a PDF using other webmail account Select Webmail, and then select Add Other email address you use. Enter the email address, password, IMAP, SMTP settings in the Add Webmail Account dialog and click Add. After the webmail is configured, click Next. In your webmail draft, enter the recipient's emal address and send.

There will be an Attach option any time you compose a new email. Browse your computer and choose the PDF that is saved and it will be sent with your email....Click on the menu in the left upper corner. Click on Send in the left-hand panel. Then select Email. Click on the Send button.
