The forms are easy to fill out and the online chat help was great. But I was a little confused when I was first starting and seemingly just thrown into the fire so to speak after what I thought was just filling in a form and really didn't have a 'how to video' before I was already in ther.

Still getting used the program but like it a lot! I love it -- it helped me fill in some VA medical forms and made them look very professional, plus I could go back and edit as needed. It also allows me to save, print, and email. There are many other features too!

What do you like best?
The ability to easily sign documentation, and have these pages sent directly to their intended recipients from one location. That it is cloud based and it's easy ability to integrate with our existing customer support solutions and office365
What do you dislike?
Their is very little to dislike by this platform, but the ability to add multiple sources for example if I want to print and email a copy of a document at once would be good. It's quite clunky at the moment, requiring us to save and then go back into the system and request print when we need a hard copy of the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing. If you compare this product with the more expensive competition it does all of the same things but at considerable less cost. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking at obtaining signatures or sharing documentation via the cloud. The control panel is very innovative and makes requesting/creating documentation very easy for end users.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have literally saved countless reams of paper and many man hours through using this software. Documents can be electronically signed, and sent and you can even request a signature for documents. Collaborating with staff and end users is made very easy through the user interface that is provided and you can easily see which users have signed the documentation or even request reminders when documents remain in a pending state.

The go-to for creating useful PDF files This software has become a go to for pretty much every PDF file I have to create. I have used it to create forms that our midsize business uses on a daily basis. I find it to be very user friendly and a quick and easy way to get what you need. It has positively affected our costs of printing and paper, and it's good not only for our budget but for the environment too! Customer service is not the fastest and sometimes I have a question that needs to be resolved that day. I read online that it depends on the plan you have purchased and I don't think that is the best way to treat your customers.

It opens up pretty slow, and everytime I open a document the zoom is set to 134% and I don't know how to set it to 100% other than that the pdf filler is easier than others I've used and the other features work good.

Transferring Account and Name Change You can transfer your Spectrum account to another responsible party or change the name on your account under the following circumstances: Account name is spelled incorrectly. Marriage or legal name change.
Open and sign in to the Spectrum Mobile Account app. Select Settings. Under Contact Info, select the pencil icon to edit your Mobile Number or Email Address. Update your contact information and then save your changes.
Spectrum, like most cable TV services, makes it difficult to cancel, but we are going to do our best to help you out. Now that you are ready to cancel, call Spectrum at 1-833-267-6094. Remember the customer service reps are not there to help you cancel.
Moving Your Service. If you're planning to move, visit Spectrum.com to confirm your new address is located in an area where we provide service. Service Holds. Transferring Account and Name Change. Removing Services.
Although Spectrum does not offer a senior discount, it does offer an internet assist program to help low-income customers who meet certain requirements. Many seniors do qualify for this discount, so they are able to get affordable internet service.
Sign in to your Spectrum Mobile account. Choose Billing. Scroll down to the Payment Method section and choose Change Card. Follow the prompts to update your card information. Select Save.
Open the My Spectrum app and select the Billing tab. Choose Manage Auto Pay. Choose Cancel Auto Pay. To change your payment method or card/account information, cancel Auto Pay enrollment and then re-enroll in Auto Pay using your desired method of payment.
To stop the next scheduled payment, give your bank the stop payment order at least three business days before the payment is scheduled. You can give the order in person, over the phone or in writing. To stop future payments, you might have to send your bank the stop payment order in writing.
