User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. My experience has been great. It allows me to do whatever I would need to do with a PDF and then some!
I liked that you can do just about everything with the software from edited forms to filling them out or creating them. All in one solution.
There really isn't much I can say I didn't like about the software. It really allows for me to do everything I would need to do with a PDF document.

Best FREE PDF filler
This site is both efficient and extremely useful! Out of all the pdf sites I have ever used, this one is the simplest to navigate and does not constantly try to get me to pay for a subscription. I love its many features and will continue to use it.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

Great stuff
Great stuff. Easy to use. Used it once and then cancelled free trial without any issues. Would recommend if you need to fill a document.

What do you like best?
This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.

On the left-hand side of the editor, click on the 'Text' button to access the text editing tools. Select the text you want to replace by clicking and dragging your cursor over it. After selecting the text, a toolbar will appear with various editing options. Click on the 'Replace' button.
How can I edit a PDF without messing up formatting?
Click Settings to make changes in Layout Settings. Click Retain Flowing Text, which will keep the same formatting but change the layout. Now click Retain Page Layout to also retain the layout of the PDF file in Word. You can also choose whether you want to include the images and comments, then click OK.
