With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level.
So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.

It was good. Hard to edit one document due to not being able to insert words. It was a lot easier & more convenient than finding a typewriter or printing the form having to use white out for goofs.

Definitely Useful
As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient.
PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively.
Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

Great Product
I am able to complete many forms without having to use more complex programs.
The ability to find and fill out form not available other wise.
Some searches turn up rather strange results.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

Best Value PDF Software
I am using PDF filler to help sign documents that were sent with Adobe and therefore locked for a countersignature, date or time stamp edits, and changes to PDF documents to fix legal edits.
This software is very easy to use, gets the job done, and is extremely well priced relative to its competitors.
There are no features I dislike, it has honestly been a huge lifesaver at work as I am constantly fixing documents/changing pdf versions.
